Terms of Service

Mangobby ("Mangobby", "we", "us") is a social publishing, affiliate tracking, and messaging platform operated from the United States. These terms form an agreement between you and Mangobby when you create an account or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your password safe, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

You may use Mangobby to draft, schedule, and publish your own content, to run your own affiliate program, and to message people who have opted in to hear from you. You may not use it to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate anyone, to scrape or resell third-party data, to break the rules of a connected platform (Meta, TikTok, X, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and others), or to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.

When you connect a social or advertising account, you authorise Mangobby to act on that account on your behalf for the actions you request. Access tokens are stored encrypted and server-side. Each connected platform's own terms continue to apply, and a platform may suspend or revoke access at any time. You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings → Connections, which deletes the stored token.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or generate. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you — for example, sending a scheduled post to the platform you chose. AI-assisted drafts are suggestions: you are responsible for reviewing what you publish, including any claims, disclaimers, or regulatory language your industry requires.

Mangobby records clicks and conversions you send us and calculates commissions using the rules you configure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your store sends, for the commission terms you agree with your affiliates, and for actually paying them. Mangobby does not hold funds or act as a payment processor.

Prices shown on the site are illustrative during preview and may change before general availability. No charge is made without your explicit consent at checkout.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or retire parts of the product. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.

You can stop using Mangobby and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or puts the service, other users, or a connected platform at risk.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mangobby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Running Mangobby means sharing limited data with the providers that power it: our cloud hosting and database provider, the AI providers that generate drafts, email and messaging providers used to deliver the messages you send, and the social and advertising platforms you choose to connect. They process data on our instructions only, and the categories are listed in the Privacy Policy.
